Best Area to Explore
Kilkeel is known as the capital of the Mournes and is the perfect base from which to explore the Kingdom of Mourne, its mountains, blue flag beaches and C. S. Lewis’ much loved Rosstrevor. The buzzing seaside town of Newcastle is also a short drive away for your traditional seaside attractions, seaweed baths and locally made ice cream.
